Beloved just as Jesus Christ in the form of human flesh was the express image of the Father. God has planned for you and me in the form of human flesh to be the express image of Christ to a hurting, lost and dying world. (1 John 3:2; Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.) (1 John 4:17; Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world.)
God is a God of plan, purpose, design and objectivity. God planned thru Christ death and resurrection, Many sons would be born who would be the EXPRESS image of HIS son Jesus Christ. That we would also become joint heirs with HIM. Beloved Jesus stripped Himself of His divine attributes , came to earth in the form of human flesh. Was anointed by the Holy Ghost, lived a sinless life, healed the sick, cast out demons, raised the dead and defeated satan on every occasion- leaving us an example to follow. ( Philp 2:5-8; Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.)
Jesus life on earth as a son of God is to be our example of how our lives as sons of god should be. We must grasp this revelation. Beloved you are part of God’s end-time plan . He has planned for you to be the EXPRESS Image of Jesus here on the earth. Beloved we often struggle through the weakness of our flesh , knowing our human limitations but in Christ Jesus we can do all things. Our confidence should never be in our own human ability but only in God’s ability in us to bring to pass what He has ordained. This type of divine life in Christ is Radical (departure from the usual or traditional) Christianity compared to the wish-washy that we see in the world today. Beloved we must depart from the dry, dead religious traditions of man and become radical for God! Traditional religion has taught us that it is not possible for a son and daughter of God to walk in the POWER of God! Beloved we have been taught by religious leaders that it the gifts of the Holy Spirit have passed away. We have brought the level of our experiences down to match our experience instead of our experiences being raise to conform with the word of God.
Beloved you must get the revelation of who you are right now in Christ Jesus. You can walk among men on this earth as a son of almighty God. Beloved as Jesus walked the earth as the EXPRESS Image of the Father, you can walk the face of the earth as the EXPRESS Image of God! Beloved when you realize, when you know beyond any doubt who you are in Christ Jesus, you will KNOW.
That God has begotten you by His spirit
That God has birthed the life of Christ , the all powerful, eternal son of God in you.
That the fullness of the Godhead dwells in you.
That you are daily by His Spirit being transformed into the very image of His son.
That you are a joint heir with Christ.
That everything Christ has now belongs to you.
Jesus as the son of God was conceived by Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary and the very Life of Christ was conceived in you by Holy Spirit. According to the good pleasure of His will God has sent forth the Spirit of His son to dwell in your heart (Inner-man).
God has birthed Christ Life in your Spirit which was once dead by reason of Adam’s sin but now is alive in Christ Jesus! 2 Corinthians 5:17; Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation, old things have passed away : behold all things become new. Your old man is dead, it was crucified with Christ (Romans 6:6) so that the body of sin might be destroyed.
The Father did not call you by His Spirit , cleanse you of your sins and then leave you to live your own life and serve Him the best you can. God has placed His life and the very Life of His Holy eternal son within you. Just as Jesus lived His whole life by the indwelling Father, you are to live your life through Christ that lives and dwells in you!
Just as your physical body cannot live without food and nourishment , neither can your spirit live unless you feed it- drawing the Life and nourishment from Christ. There must be a continual dependence on Christ , a continual drawing of strength, a continual “abiding” in Him and His word. Beloved it is in this union with Him that His life can be lived in and through you!
Jesus lived His life on earth by the Father who sent Him. He said, And He that sent me is with me: The Father has not left me alone (John 8:29). I am in the Father and the Father is in me ( John 14:10). Jesus words, His actions, His works, were the result of the Father living in Him. Jesus said, the words that I speak unto you , I speak not of myself : But the Father that dwells in me He doth the works (John 14:10).
Because God has made you one of His sons, you can now live your life through Christ who dwells in you. And because God dwells in Christ, He also dwells in you! Jesus said, If a man loves me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him and we will come unto him and make our abode with him ( John 14:23). It is this perfect union, God the Father dwelling in Christ, Christ the son of God dwelling in you that you are able to live the express image of Christ on the earth.
Colossians 2:9-10; For in Him all the fullness of Deity (the Godhead) dwells in bodily form [completely expressing the divine essence of God]. 10 And in Him you have been made complete [achieving spiritual stature through Christ], and He is the head over all rule and authority [of every angelic and earthly power]. Jesus prayed that we would all come into the unity in Him that they all may be one; just as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, (JOHN 17:21).
I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected and completed into one, so that the world may know [without any doubt] that You sent Me, and [that You] have loved them, just as You have loved Me ( John 17:23). Beloved when you get this revelation of unity with God the Father, God the son and God the Holy Spirit living in you, you will begin to live the Life of Jesus, a life of power, a life without limits. You will begin to let Christ live His Life through you! You will begin to walk like Him, talk like Him, heal like Him and set all the captives free as He did when He walked the earth.
Hebrews 6:4-6, warns against falling away from the faith and those who do, cannot not be brought back to repentance because they are “crucifying the Son of God all over again.” 58% of American Christians now believe that there are many ways to God and all other religions are equally valid.
Beloved when we become weak spiritually and cast down “TRUTH”, we open the door for all sorts of satanic advances. Is it any wonder that the great apostasy of the church and within the church is directly associated with the revealing of the Antichrist and start of the tribulation period! Today many Christians are more afraid of what people think than what God thinks. They want to be “politically “correct instead of Biblically correct.
Here are some shocking truths…ignore them at your peril!
2 Thes 2:3 “Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away (apostasy) comes first and the man of sin be revealed the son of perdition.”
1 Tim 4:1 “The Spirit expressly says that in the latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons” Verse 3 goes on “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine and with itching ears they will heap up for themselves teachers and turn from the truth.”
2 Thes 2:10 “Because they did not receive the love of the truth, God sent them strong delusion so that they would believe the lie!”
Matt 24:12 “The love of many will grow cold” (This is one of our Lord’s warnings relating to the time period of His second coming)
Romans 11 Warns that God will “cut off” the gentile church if they come against His plan to re-graft the Jews back into salvation
The Revelation of Jesus Christ paints a picture of the church from its foundation to its end. The letters to the seven churches are very revealing indeed. Of the seven there are two that relate to this. The church of Philadelphia is the church that goes from strength to strength. It is the church that “kept My word” On the other hand the church of Laodicea is the church that our Lord says he will “spit out of His mouth”. This is the lukewarm church! And it is lukewarm to TRUTH that is the problem!
Wake up Church!!
Hebrews Chapter 12 deals with God’s correction of His sons, which is mandatory for all to heed unless we want to become “: bastards”. ( 12 is the number of judgment ) God’s discipline is profitable for those who receive it. God’s Word is profitable for discipline in obedience according to 2 Tim. 3: 16 + 17 Amp. Church discipline is mandatory for straying saints, when they disobey, because if sin is not dealt with, it shall increase to more and more ungodliness, infecting many more people. When a leader becomes involved in deception, he disqualifies himself from leadership. See qualifications for leadership in I Tim. 3 and Titus 1: 5- 15. All of us are to be subject to God’s appointed leaders over us, as they follow the Lord and His Word. If we are in trouble we must seek Godly counsel from those whose house is
in order. If our house is in disarray, we must step out of leadership, until healing and deliverance occurs, and what is in error is corrected. When people swerve from a good conscience and still desire to be teachers, they’re theblind leading the blind and they are on the way to shipwreck! ( I Tim. 1; 5- 7, 18- 20 , 4: 1 + 2 ; Titus
1: 10- 15 ) Jesus says in Rev. 3: 19, ” As ,many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Be zealous then and repent!” Prov. 3: 11+ 12 says , ” My son, despise not the chastening of the Lord, neither be weary of His correction, For whom the Lord loves He
corrects; even as a father the son in whom He delights.” See also Prov. 24: 24 + 25 for the blessing you receive when you rebuke error.
What is our part as Godly leaders when we see someone in danger? We are to preach the Word to them…reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. The Amplified of II Tim. 2 says whether the opportunity seems to be favorable or unfavorable, convenient or inconvenient, welcome or unwelcome- you as preacher of the Word are to show people in what way their life is wrong.” The next verse speaks of many who will turn away and go to teachers that are chosen to satisfy their own liking to foster the errors that they hold. Therefore we must all be speaking the same thing- what the Word says about
situations, speaking the Truth in love- not compromising it because of personal alliances. or soulish emotions or fear of man or desire for popularity We know that these are the Last Days when people will want to do their own thing ( II Tim.3: 1- 9 ). These verses instruct us to turn away from people who are truce- breakers, who love pleasures more than God. Verse 13 warns that evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. So our order of process is to first give someone the Word on the area of need. If they continue in their behavior, we are then to release them and cut off association with them ( no matter how we personally feel ). This is the true love of God, not ” sloppy agape”- a fake worldly view of ” Oh brother, we need to love and coddle them. Maybe they’ll wake up. It’s not so bad. Everything will be alright.” Everything will NOT
be alright if WE are not doing what the
Word says ourselves, and we are enabling sin in the camp! See what happened in
Joshua Chapter 7 when Achan disobeyed God. The entire company of God’s people
could no longer win any battles until the sin was uncovered and atoned for.
God’s leaders must be strong and bold to declare God’s will and way if we
expect to win our battles! Otherwise we ourselves will be removed from
kingship. See Saul in I Sam. 13: 13 + 14 and 15: 22- 26. Hello. God’s promises
and prophecies are conditional , hinging upon whether we will obey Him or not. No
one is irreplaceable. We are only leaders as we follow the lead of the Holy
Spirit and the Holy Word. Pride comes before and fall and the fear of man
brings a snare.
The leaders of IAM International must make a Covenant with the Lord this day to stand together
on the Truth of the Bible and obey it. Two cannot walk together unless there is
agreement. In our own personal lives and for the sake of the people following
us, we have to address areas of known sin. If people will not hear
admonition, Titus 3: 10 tells us to
reject the one in error where there is no repentance and change of
behavior. Eph. 4: 15- 27 and 5: 3- 17 make this abundantly clear. Don’t let anyone deceive you. Have no fellowship
with unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. Don’t be partakers
with them. It is unacceptable to the Lord if people are ignoring Him and going
the wrong way. He loves them, so He gives us guidelines to hopefully bring them
to their senses, by separating ourselves from them. He loves the person but hates
the sin. His discipline is always for the purpose of redemption, not
punishment. But if we who are spiritual are seeming to support the wrong
behavior by continuing to fellowship with them,
we become party to their sins. When we cease from fellowship, the goal
is that they would be ashamed and repent so they can get help and be restored. (
2 Thess. 3: 6- + 14 ). Paul’s command is to withdraw yourself from the
unrepentant one! Back in Eph. 5, St. Paul follows these verses
with a portrait of Jesus and the Bride of which marriage is a symbol. In this
age of permissiveness, there are many who are deceived into easy divorces and
worldly relationships. But God hates divorce! He is the Lord Who changes not! Jesus
says, ” What God has joined together, let not man put asunder!” Paul
writes that we should not separate from nor put away pour covenant marriage
partners. in I Cor. 7: 10 + 11 + 27. This chapter follows chapters 5 and 6, which address not keeping
company with those involved in various types of sin. ” Put away from among
yourselves that wicked person.” Why? Because a little leaven leavens the whole lump. And we are to be
judges of those within the church, not allowing the Bride, Whom Jesus loves and died for, to be defiled.
God wants strong families, strong churches and strong leaders who rightly
divide the Word of God and who are not ashamed of Him and His Words. We must be
bold and courageous in this hour of increasing deception upon the Church. We
must tell our followers the whole counsel of God and not just feed them “dessert”
scriptures; otherwise they will be unhealthy! Teach them to judge themselves,
so they won’t be sickly and die early. Sure, you may not have the largest
church- but at least you will have a church which is going to heaven. We must
give an account for our people before the Lord and teachers have a far greater
responsibility and incur more serious condemnation ( James 3: 1 ), if we don’t tell others the truth and
do it ourselves, following the scriptural pattern of Biblical discipline. Jesus
talks about this in .Math. 18: 15- 17. Are we wiser than Jesus?
Nobody is happy about this need for Bible
discipline, except for those who have been taught thoroughly the benefits of
doing things God’s way. One person in rebellion can affect adversely many
others, if we don’t nip sin in the bud. To delay is only to invite further
confusion and infection. What we compromise to keep, we will ultimately lose.
Those we oversee are not ours- they belong to God- so we must follow the rule
book in order to be good undershepherds. We cannot be yoked with unbelievers (
those resisting God’s Word ). We are to come out from among them and be
separate ( I Cor. 6: 14- 18 ), if we want to be true sons and daughters of God.
Peter also wrote a severe warning in II Pet. 3: 17 + 18. Beware! Church splits occur when people side
with fleshly things instead of what God says. Our job is to be faithful to
Jesus and help others stay on the right path. Are we to try to reconcile the
errant one? Yes, according to James 5: 20 and II Tim. 2: 24- 26. But if they
continue on their wayward path, ignoring instruction- we must tell it to the
Church, rebuking sin- so others can learn the fear of the Lord. ( I
Tim. 5: 20 ) It’s NOT OK with God if we are cowardly. He wants us to hate sin,
and love and obey Him!
